• Days castings complete.
  Green; Ani Canine Palms, Large Finger Pads.
  Red; Large Cat Nose.
  Colour-merge test piece. #
• Days castings: All appear ideal. 3-stage degass on all ok. Colour mixing ok. De-mould in 16-hours. Hang for 2 days to fully cure if correct. #
• Daily Digest on website via Twitter Tools has broken. Fix involves manually editing the database and reinstalling. #

Twitter Updates for 08-06-2010

• Daily Digest on website via Twitter Tools has broken. Fix involves manually editing the database and reinstalling. 12:12:32
• Have switched to the Twitter Digest plugin instead. Seems to be functioning. Does not X-post from WP to Twitter though. Will do that manual. 12:25:44
• Have obtained the master graphics for the UKFur shirts. Option to create variations on the design now open. 12:27:30
• Still working on ladies-sizes order. Swatch-pink does not match proof-image-pink. Appears light-orange/peach. Checking on better alternates. 12:28:59
• Proof image was not accurate. Going for ordering of ladies-fit in pink, blue and black. Blue with be with "union" variant. 16:04:32
• Left casts few hours longer due to cold night. Green and brown hand-pads all ok. Red nose & Brn rubber claws ok. Footpads not bonded again. 17:44:11
• Days casts:
  Brown; footpads.
  Black; 10xMed Claws, 10xSml Razor, Anth Canine Palms, Sml Finger Pads.
  Yellow; Canine Palms & Lg Finger Pads. 22:19:34

Castings in progress

The new work order sheet is helping hugely. I’ve got them listed by resin type, rather than by order. I start at the top, then look at the list to see what moulds are still free that there’s an entry for, then do that.
Makes for some odd bed-fellows, but with the FAR shorter degassing times the bench-top de-gasser’s giving me, it’s easy to manage interleaving the different mixes.

Yes that’s an anvil. I thought it was overkill last time, but since they last couple haven’t bonded to the velcro right without it, it’s in play again.

At this rate, all orders should be complete and shipped at the latest, Monday. Phew.
